Sometimes just a facelift is neccecary - in this instance we were required to freshen up the chalet in Zimbali ,without making any major changes - sometimes just a fresh lick of carefully selected paint , some decor and minimal new furniture items result in a whole new look . The clients were pleasantly surprized that they were even able to earn more on rentals once the mini -makeover was complete - Decor can be a great return on investment we would say!
