In this renovation we completely gutted the entire interior , new finishes and shop fitting were added , with detailed new space planning we were able to move some areas around to incude a full pantry and laundry based on a ‘mud room’ concept .

This Apartment is for rental use , so we foucsed on practical furnishings , but with a contemporary , natural coastal look .

The bathrooms were given a whole new fresh look with new sanware and finishes throughout .
