For this Renovation the entire house was repainted , and new vinyl floors were laid on top of the exisitng tiles .

We used a lot of the clients exisitng furniture in the living area , with the incorporation of some custom new pieces in the dining room , boasting a spectacular custom dining server hosting drinks fridges .

After some extensive space planning in the master bathroom , we changed up the bathroom layout dramatically to incluse a complete wetroom area, and fancy pants bathroom vanity with dressing table included.

The Master bedroom was just aesthetics with no drastic structural changes - but the new layouts, finishes and furniture made the world of difference.

A few months after the Initial removation and furnishing , we were hired to transform an upstairs un-used area into a Pyjama lounge come Study for the clients children . This was a major success as the client told us this change was so dramatic that the whole family now absolutely loves being in that space!
